Payment / Transfer

You have the opportunity to give us the order with the online application to collect the entry fee. 
To transfer the entry fee, please use the following information:

Purpose: Entry fee JCR 2026 / (name / participant)

All bank fees have to be borne by the participant / the participants themselves. For international transfers please bring a photocopy of the important transfer voucher. For transfers by a third party, the name of the participant / the participant should be quoted on the remittance slip.

Cancellations and Reimbursements

Cancellations must be made in writing (email, fax, letter). For refund of the entry fee the following conditions apply:

• Deregistration until February 28, 2026 – entry fee minus 10%  

• Deregistration until April 12, 2026 – entry fee minus 30% 

• Cancellation after the 12th April 2026 – no refund of entry fee.

The postponement of the launch to the following year is not possible. Bank charges are borne by the participant. The member has the right to prove that the organizers has little or no damage has been caused by the cancellation.

Need to carry the organizer due to force majeure or official order or security changes in organization of the event, or cancel them entirely, there is no liability for damages of the organizer to the member.

The full refund of the entry fee assumes that the complete failure of the event are the responsibility of the organizer falls. The event has to be canceled due to force majeure, the organizer or otherwise not responsible for the cancellation of the event, the entry fee will be refunded after deducting the expenses of the organizer.

The member has the right to prove that the expense of the organizer is lower.
